As part of its work to build an economy that works for everyone, CEI, Focus Maine, and O'Maine Studios recently kicked-off the The Maine Tastemakers Capital Access Series to connect Maine’s rural food system entrepreneurs with the investment community to support innovative food businesses. The series is designed to support economic development and quality job creation.
The series of on-the-road events showcase Maine’s leading food and beverage industries and entrepreneurs, delivering unique industry insights and learning experiences to investors via field excursions. What is the catalytic capital that can scale these food enterprises? To create and nurture sustainable new markets?
